ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12% vol.
The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol.
PRODUCTION ZONE: Valle del Belice, 200/500 m s.l.m.
TERRAINS: Dark, alluvial and deep soil of medium mixture, clayey-sandy silt composition,
medium content in organic matter.
VINIFICATION: maceration on the skins for 12 days . Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C whitout yeast or additive. Ageing in tonneaux. Uninterrupted Punching down during the day.
TASTING NOTES: Yellow gold colour.The nose offer a complex bouquet of orange peel, dry fig and tropical fruit, on the palate well balance finished with pleasent freshness.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 12 / 15 °C.
PAIRING: Perfect with sea food, white meat and dessert.

APPELLATION: White wine – Sicilia D.O.C.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12,5% vol.
The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol.
PRODUCTION ZONE: Valle del Belice, 350 a.m.s.l. south south east facing
TERRAINS: Dark, alluvial and deep soil of medium mixture, clayey-sandy silt composition with a
good content of organic matter.
VINIFICATION: maceration on the skins for 15 days. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C whitout yeast or additive. Ageing in tonneaux. Uninterrupted Punching down during the day.
TASTING NOTES: Yellow gold colour. The nose offer a complex bouquet of peach, banana, loquat Soft and fruity on the palate is.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 12 / 15 °C. PAIRING: Perfect with main courses ore fish soup.

The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol.
PRODUCTION ZONE: Valle del Belice, 200/300 a.m.s.l
TERRAINS: Medium-textured surface soils with predominantly limestone clay component, with a
good content of organic matter and iron.
VINIFICATION: maceration on the skins for 20 days . Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C whitout yeast or additive. Ageing in oak barrels. Uninterrupted Punching down during the day.
TASTING NOTES: Red Ruby colour. On the nose notes of ribes, blackburry, chocolate, great balance between structure and pleasantness.
PAIRING: Perfect with red meat.
