A true gem for lovers of this varietal, the greatness of this wine is in large part due to the uncompromised work in the vineyards and in the cellar. The grapes are harvested by hand from the oldest vines of the Costa del Pero vineyard. Because of its age, this particular parcel grants an extremely low yield of approximately one kilogram per plant, thus every grape is a bursting with richness, concentration and aromatic finesse.

Hand harvested within the first half of September
Following destemming and crushing, the must is cryomacerated with no oxygen contact for 10-12 hours at 4 °C. After pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-15 °C
Aged “sur lie” in cement tanks with controlled temperature for 3-4 months, then transferred to small botti for 6 months before bottling
13% Alc by Vol, 6.40 g/l total acidity, 3.20 pH
Notes of white flowers, peach, pineapple, pink grapefruit and citrus. Fresh and savory
