Our monovarietal selections of Grillo and Nero d’Avola aged in wood to exalt the innate aromatics and ease of these Sicilian varietals. Maria, in Sicilian “Mariù”, is our mother’s name and the woman we think of given the warmth and embracing nature of these wines.
